Yaprak Eris

Yaprak Eris (she/her) is a MA student in the Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies' Public Policy program. Yaprak has a BBA and MA in Economics. Yaprak's research interests include: workplace equity and the representation of diaspora women, especially Turkish women, in the EU—particularly in Germany—as well as the impact of organizational initiatives and policies across both public and private sectors in promoting belonging and access.
