Brown Bag Lunch Featuring Professors Jameta Barlow and Katina Sawyer

On Wednesday, October 2, WGSS was excited to host Dr. Katina Sawyer from GW's School of Business to discuss "All That We Are and Hope to Be: Understanding Experiences of Trauma and Stigma Associated with Commercial Sex Work" and Dr. Jameta Barlow, an Assistant Professor of Writing at GW, to  present "Decolonizing Black Girls' and Women's Health: Implications for Praxis" for our first Brown Bag Lunch Speaker Series.
